Our daughter Mary is developing a wide array of fruits and vegetables grown in a Certified Organic setting. She has added garden domes and a greenhouse to extend the growing season.

Some of the organic produce we grow:

• all types of lettuces and greens
• vintage tomatoes of colours and sizes
• different types of garlic
• strawberries and raspberries
• potatoes - various varieties
• sweet potatoes
• beans, carrots

Farming the Organic Way is not easy, but it is an interesting challenge to learn new and safer ways to grow. And it tastes so much better.

Our plan is to be known as JASPER APPLE FARM and JASPER ORGANICS.
